In this home, we not only installed our WaterGuard drainage system and SuperSump sump pump system, but we also installed 2 WellDuct Window Well Drains. What we do is clean out the inside of the well and add clean stone to help drain any water that gets into the well. We create a hole underneath the window to allow the water to drain into the WellDuct. The WellDuct leads to a drainage systems such as the WaterGuard System and then is pumped away from the home.

You can see that we have the WellDuct, WaterGuard and SuperSump installed. All that is left is adding the new concrete over the top of the system.
