A ceiling light panel got broken and was left unreported. No big deal, but I did think they should have mentioned it.
The Cleanup Process
BUT, they did not clean up the mess outside where the drain was installed. Maybe there was still snow on the ground to prevent the clean up.
Overall Punctuality
To date, I am happy. I keep checking for puddles on the floor.
