Sales Process

Initial confusion between sales person scoping out work and tenant as to scope of work required. This caused additional confusion between myself and your company. Also, sale person never fully followed with me in the beginning.

Crew removed some paneling that was not supposed to go. Cost $52.00 to purchase plywood to replace what they accidentally removed. (was reimbursed by Badger Basement Systems)
