The entire process from quote to installation and clean-up was extremely professional.

The office staff was very helpful. My questions and concerns were answered promptly and courteously.

Jim did a nice job of explaining the process and working with me on the price.

I was amazed at how efficient the guys were. They did the entire project in two days. They also did a great job of containing the dust and dirt - we feared the process would make a mess of the entire house, but the combination of dust control on the jackhammers and throw rugs on the floor kept everything contained.

The basement looked great when they were done.
