Sometimes I was unsure of what was being explained to me. Might have been me and not you!!
Had potential problem show up on Saturday (work finished on Friday) Your foreman responded that day.
Had little contact with them so can't rate.
I was left with questions - things I didn't know enough to ask. Was unsure who to call before work started.
Friendly, hard working.
Went beyond what I expected.
Looks good, but haven't had any rain to see if system works.
Arrived on time - no problems.
Knowledgeable, patient, good follow through.
