I was at work when the installation was completed, Jim called me when he was done to let me know how it had gone. I asked him to send me pictures because I was excited to see how it looked and he emailed them to me within minutes. :)

I made several calls to other concrete places closer to my home, none of them returned my calls. I emailed Badger Basement and the next day received a call and set up an appointment to get a quote. The presentation was very informative and impressive.
