Courteous, Fast and took care not to damage the nieghbor's yard.

Took too long (1.5 hours) to do simple measurements. Also didn't explain properly what state our previously finished basement would be left in. We have to replace our entire wall and half of the drop ceiling that I wasn't anticipating.

Our basement will be a mess for a few weeks that it takes to repair our wall and ceiling.
