I was impressed with Bill Hammer, the service tech. He was friendly, explained exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take. He was thorough and efficient. I got a report of what he found, recommendations and he carefully explained the service packages offered. The appointment came during the awful arctic blast so I was surprised that he didn't reschedule! Especially since he had to tromp around through the snow to check things out.

I appreciate that I got a reminder call for my annual maintenance from the office, and we were able to set an appointment at a convenient time.

Bill was efficient and throrough. He explained clearly to me what he found and what he would suggest for the future.

Service technician arrived at the exact time of our appointment, and had called ahead.

I have always been pleased with my contact with this company.
