Joel did a nice job with the sale. There was a bit of confusion with what Joel promised and what was initially on the order, but this was taken care of quickly and without hassle.

There were some unforseen issues that arose (with being unable to trench through tree roots and moving some electrical conduit), but instead of telling me this would involve more work and that it would cost me 'X' additional dollars, you offered to do that with no added cost to me. That speaks VOLUMES about the quality and ethics of your company.

I can't say enough good about Jim and Paul. They went well above and beyond the call of duty, answering all my questions and lending me a hand when I needed it. I own my own business and I know how difficult it is to find quality help. You can be proud to have them on your team. Give them a raise!

Overall, a great experience.

My Mom grew up in Fort Atkinson and through the years has seen you grow from a very small startup operation to the much larger company you are today and after my experience, it is easy to see why.
