I give a 4, because the scheduler didn't call me more than once to schedule an appointment. It was my mistake as well for not calling her back right away, because I forgot.. However, I called, left a message on the voicemail, and still didn't get a call back. Then, I called again and left a message with someone else and received a return phone call soon after.
The estimator guy was super nice and knowledgeable. He communicated very well with me, called me to tell me the changes in the estimate (since our last estimate) and called again to make sure I had received his email.
They were professional.
I was very happy with the fact that they laid down canvas like fabric from the front door to the basement door, ensuring not to dirty up the floors.
