This is the second year we have been fortunate to have Bill Peterson to our home to make sure everything regarding out Badger system is in good working order.  While I wasn't quick to recall his name, I recognized his friendly face and smile when he arrived at the appointed time.  I so appreciated his professional manner and helpful ways in dealing with the homeowner.

This year we also had the previous Sani-Dry whole house dehumidifier replaced with a new AprilAire dehumidifier.  Again he was thorough and explained things while installing the unit and let me know that if I had questions or concerns at any time in the future, to feel free to contact him.  I think Bill is an excellent service technician representing you company.

I also want to thank you for sending reminder service notices.  You keep track of the things a homeowner has the tendency to forget.  Hopefully Bill will again be the service tech for our basement checkup.
