Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Unique Basement

This Fall River home has a unique basement. There is a rounded section of the home that bumps out from the rest of the walls. In that area, water would seep in. We were able to install our WaterGuard System to keep that area dry.

Installed WaterGuard and BrightWall Panels

In this photo, we have removed a part of the floor, installed our WaterGuard System and have clean stone already in. The only thing left to do at this point is put the new concrete back over the system. The white panels on the wall are BrightWall panels which would drain any water that might come in directly into the WaterGuard System and back outside through the sump pump. Underneath the panels is a product called FlexiSpan which is used for wall crack repairs.
