Before the Lateral
The area before the lateral system is installed
Wall Crack Repairs
Using our FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System, we have used a sealant that is placed in the crack. The crack is then covered with the FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip and covered with a sealant overlay. After that, we add a sheet of BrightWall to cover the crack and give that area a cleaner look. The BrightWall panels can be placed around the entire basement if the homeowner would like a fresh, clean look throughout.

Lateral Systems
The lateral system is installed and will direct the water it collects to the sump pump.
Triplesafe
The TripleSafe's unique design allows for 3 pumps to fit inside. There are 2 electric pumps and one battery backup pump. It also comes with a WaterWatch Alarm to alert you if the water is getting to high inside the crock. When both electric pumps are pumping, they can pump out up to 6200 gallons per hour. This system has some serious pumping power!
The work is complete.
The wall cracks are fixed and the water control is in. Once the concrete has cured, this basement will be drier, and better than ever!
