Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Dirt and Stone Crawlspace Encapsulation
The homeowner of this property in Delavan, WI called us to encapsulate his dirt floor crawlspace and to offer solutions for better stabilization.
We installed SmartJacks which are used to stabilize the foundation, Drainage Matting which is used as a thermal break and to allow water drainage if need be and also CleanSpace which is used to make the space cleaner and helps reduce moisture and relative humidity.

The brown sheet that you are seeing is the Drainage Matting. That allows water to drain underneath it if need be and also is puncture resistant and adds a thermal break.
After
This is the finished crawlspace. You can see that it is a cleaner space and it will allow less moisture into this space.
