Triangle Truck Center
Challenge
When the Triangle Truck Center in Monroe was built a substantial amount of dirt had to be moved to create a level surface, prior to the slab being poured. Over time the foundation began to settle causing concern for the structural integrity of the building. Greg Smith, Owner, knew something needed to be done. He was fortunate to meet with Jesse, a Badger Specialist, at one of the local home shows.
Solution
Jesse met with Greg at the center and was confident we had the solution to his foundation concerns. Jesse recommended installing Push Piers around the foundation to provide lateral stability.
After bringing the foundation, which had settled 3-4”, back to near plumb Badger Basement Systems finished the project by pumping a void-fill material under the foundation to fill any voids under the slab.
