Fed up with a leaky basement and foundation issues, these Woodville homeowners called upon us to help.  We were able to assess their needs and discovered that along with waterproofing, foundation stabilization was also needed.  We did a full perimeter water control system with a SuperSump to make sure the basement stayed dry.  For foundation stabilization, we used SmartJacks which can lift and stabilize beams and floor joists.  These adjustable supports are made of galvanized steel and can support loads over 60,000 lbs.  Stabilization is immediate and all of your worries will be gone along with your foundation issues.
