Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation settlement

After noticing cracks on the exterior of the home and what appeared to be settlement in the foundation, we were called to help.  It was determined upon our evaluation that the foundation was sinking and piering needed to be done in order to stop the sinking and repair the home. We installed helical piers around part of the home which not only stopped the sinking, but brought the foundation back up to where it should be.
