Chris had a well laid out presentation and took time to study what was needed.  He was not pushy.  You  had a fair price and I liked the strength of the I beam and the fact that it was adjustable.  Crew was courteous and efficient.  They took the time to move a sump pump drain pipe so that the PowerBrace would not block a window, very much appreciated.  I was fearful of a mess and snow and mud being tracked in and my woodwork getting marred.  I was surprised none of this occurred, they were very careful.  We also appreciate the letter you sent out in advance telling us about our Foreman, Alan.
