My house is nearly 100 years old and the basement always gets wet in the spring since I live on a lake. I didn't think there was much that could be done about it but the system put in dried out the basement quickly and has kept it nice and dry.

I was somewhat disappointed with the cleanup from the plumber. There were gobs left in the sink and the shower had all the sawing filings left. The hand shower pole should have a backing. Overall I am very pleased with the results and have had many nice comments on it.
