Ryan reached out to us when he was looking to finish his basement. Prior to finishing his basement he needed some cracks in the foundation fixed, these cracks were leaking water so prior to finishing the basement he needed to make sure the foundation was no longer leaking. We were able to fix these cracks with our FlexiSpan. There were several cracks in his foundation that needed fixing. We also installed what we call WellDucts in all his windows. WellDucts are used to drain the water out of the window well on the exterior. When the water is not drained out of the well it can build up and then leak through the window, again causing issues. Lastly prior to the finishing portion of Ryan's project we installed an egress window in his basement to make a legal bedroom. We are scheduled to finish his basement within the next couple of weeks and really look forward to seeing that complete project!
Steve is a previous customer of ours that had waterproofing done in his basement prior to him taking ownership of the home. He routinely kept up with his maintenances on that systems and that is how he grew a trust and liking for our business. When he moved in he noticed there were some 4by4 pieces of wood up against the walls to prevent further bowing and he wanted to have something that was more durable to make sure the walls were stabilized or even able to straighten again. We came out and quoted him for 15 new power braces all around his basement walls and also 4 wall anchors.
The home owner contacted us noticing odor and mildew smell coming from their crawlspace. Their crawlspace was a simple dirt and rock floor. We were able to go out and encapsulate this crawlspace for the customer. They have been so happy with the change since we encapsulated there is no more odor come up from the crawlspace!
There is nothing more frustrating than water coming into your FINISHED basement. Especially through your windows. When it rains and the water has no where to go but fill up your wells and then leak through those windows. We have a solution for these situations, we call it a WellDuct. It is a system that drains the water through to an interior drain tile system.
