During the initial visit to verify the work needed to be done everything was explained with great detail and questions answered promptly. The reviews of past work also helped me decide.  I was given a call the night before the install to let me know a time to expect the install crew and they were there when they said they would be.

The woman that answered the phone was friendly and did everything to get a service tech to come out.  The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly.                     

Dick reached out to us and let us know that an area we had previously lifted had sunken a little bit, with being in his 5 year warranty we were able to come back out and help relift these areas for him, and this is an email we got after we completed his work today. "Your men were friendly, courteous, and professional.  Answered all my questions.  I didn't get their names, but please forward my comments to them.  The same applies to who I spoke to on the phone about my warranty work."

I was very impressed with Brian.  He gave a good explanation of work to be done.  After meeting with Brian, I never considered another company.  The crew was courteous and are very nice guys.  They explained what they were doing as I watched.  I was very satisfied with the work and the workers.  I was so pleased that after the guys left, I called the office to compliment them. 

Chris knew of new technology and equipment.  He was able to provide additional information on the spot. 

The customer stated they were updated every step from the initial contact to the completion of the project. The crew worked quickly, they got right to work and they were done within 2 hours. 

Chris was very professional, and he knew exactly what would be needed to fix my moms wet basement.  He answered all my questions and concerns.  I trusted his recommendations and advice.  His presentation made me feel comfortable going with Badger Basements.   Dan and Dalton were very courteous.  They did a very good job and answered my questions.  The cleanup was very satisfactory.  I was expecting quite a mess, but there was none.  The upper floor was also clean because of tarps that were used.   Badger Basements was a very good company to do business with.  I would recommend you to anyone with wet basement problems.  

Ellen reached out to us and we completed a project of encapsulating her crawlspace in her home. When Ellen wrote back to us regarding her post installation survey she had wonderful things to say about our products and the crew that was out there to complete the work. Dear Jim:  This letter is being sent to you regarding your crew who today completed the waterproofing project at my aunt's house in Orfordville.  I coordinated the entire project on her behalf, so was involved from beginning to end.   I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how very pleased I was with Paul (foreman) who headed th eproject.  He was exemplary in his work for so many reasons.   First and foremost, he was very thoughtful and helpful in dealing with me as his customer.  Whenever I asked a question, he paused in his work and responded directly to my inquiry, rather than rushing to get the job done.  When a tornado warning was issued, he made sure my grandchildren and I were informed of the warning.  He thouroughly explained what had to be done, and offered additional support and help in areas which were not his direct obligation.  He did more than he had to, which I found impressivel.  As a former high school teacher, I couldn't help but recognize that his interpersonal skills were great--not only with me but also his crew.   He worked quickly, efficiently and led his crew in a professional manner.  Paul certainly is a hard worker who produced quality work.  He also ensured that the area was very clean when the project was done.  I could not be happier with his work and professionalism.  Paul is a great representative of Badger Basement and I thought you should know what a great employee he is for you.   Thanks to everyone at Badger Basement--Jesse (sales) was helpful with the original bid and Stephanie (office) was able to move the project ahead when needed.   Sincerelyh, DeAnn Grenawalt
