I have seen your ads on TV and trucks in our area doing installations.  Mr. Dressler was on time, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.  He answered my questions completely.  I chose Badger Basement Systems because of the TV ads and talking with neighbors who had you do their basements.  The crew was very courteous.  They made it quite a pleasant experience (maybe the doughnuts helped a little!)  Everything was left spic and span.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your business to anyone.

The office staff is very honest and straight forward.  They are also friendly and professional.   Chris was great.  He was prompt and the clean up was great.  He was knowledgeable and helpful and gave us great insights into future purchases.

I contacted BB to help with a leaky basement. The company responded promptly, informed me prior to the sales rep showing up. The sales rep was professional and prompt. He knew exactly what our basement needed. The crew did a fantastic job. We were estimated a day and a half. The job was done in 4 hrs. Regarding the cleanup process: What mess? I didn't notice one at all!!
