Salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable.  Provided options along with clear pricing.  They provided solution we felt best about installing.  Other companies wanted drain from sump to exit out the front of the house near the front door.  Badger was able to put the drain out the back of the house.  Also, very professional and informative from first phone call. Installation crew was very quiet and careful.  The whole process went smoothly.  We are anxious for spring rains to see if it solved the problem.  The book that was sent prior to the first visit was very helpful!   Thank-you!

I saw your ad on TV.  The office staff was courteous and Chris H was good.  There was no mess and it was a fast fix.
