The salesperson spent a lot of time looking and listening.  We had made our decision prior to his visit but it was great because we could express all our concerns. The crew were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work!  They were focused on their tasks but answered questions also.  They came around the times they expressed.  They worked hard from start to finish, including their clean-up! We have heard about Badger Basement Systems from numerous friends/neighbors so we knew we would use their services.  It was a great experience despite the need to clean our basement prior to their arrival.  We are so glad it was done.  It brings us a certain peace!!

The specialist, Jesse, who came to my home was refreshingly honest. He also had a good technical grasp of construction. Badger's integrity and my previous experiences with them lead me to select them to complete the work. Chris completed my job, he was extremely affable and left my basement impeccable.
