I first heard of Badger Basement Systems when I looked for waterproofing companies in Sun Prairie, WI and then during a trip to Elkhorn, WI I drove past their building. Every time I called the office the staff was helpful and promptly answered my questions. Jesse, our sales specialist, was very friendly. He went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain the problem and solution. Jesse was very respectful , thorough and understanding. I chose Badger Basement Systems to complete our project because of the previous work they've done, their attention to detail and the information sent to us in the mail. The crew, Chris and Richie, were very respectful and courteous. They answered any questions we had and respected our requests. They were neat in how they worked and left the area as it was when they started. The overall quality of their work was very good. Both me and my wife have been pleased with the work Badger Basement Systems has done for us. They have given us peace of mind to know that we wont have water issues in the future. Excellent communication with follow up email and phone calls from the office staff.  They are very helpful and friendly.  The salesman gave a  thorough explanation of the product and process.  The crew was very fast and efficient.  They were also very cordial and answered any questions I had.  We hardly knew they were there.  The clean up was thorough.

I have seen your ads on TV and trucks in our area doing installations.  Mr. Dressler was on time, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.  He answered my questions completely.  I chose Badger Basement Systems because of the TV ads and talking with neighbors who had you do their basements.  The crew was very courteous.  They made it quite a pleasant experience (maybe the doughnuts helped a little!)  Everything was left spic and span.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your business to anyone.
