The office staff is courteous and helpful.  It was good to talk with someone and not a prerecorded tape.  It was good to know that the same service technician was coming that came in 2019.  I appreciated being asked if I had questions and explained what he would do.  It is good knowing the system has again been checked and is ready for another year.  I appreciate knowing what may be needed at the next visit.  It gives me a chance to prepare for future visits. 

When we do our work at customers homes there is a lot of in and out to take out broken concrete and bring in new concrete, this specific customer was very please with our crew when they put down a covering over the floor to help save her flooring but also prevent any messes. This is what we like to hear about our crew going above and beyond for our customers!

We always see your commercials on NBC15. Bill was very nice and very informative. He answered every question thoroughly. Crew was absolutely courteous! Best people I've ever had do work for me. Cleanup was very satisfactory. Throughout the day and a the end of the day they cleaned everything up and made sure they didn't miss anything. To the foreman Austin; keep up the good work. To Badger Basement; give these guys a raise, they deserve it.

The office staff is very polite.  They spoke clearly which is important to me as I have a hearing problem, even with aides.  The Service Technician was very polite and considerate.  He was dressed neat and appeared professional.  There was no mess or disturbance left behind.  I am very pleased with the work and service that I have received.  It has been wonderful to have a dry basement.  I wish that I had known of and contacted you years earlier.    

Chris and his crew went above and beyond anything we were expecting in the installation of the system we purchased. They were very knowledgeable, took time to answer any and all questions we had, and even answered calls after hours. Not to mention, they were very meticulous with the clean-up, leaving no mess behind. It was GREAT!

Heard of Badger from peoploe in our town that have had their basements done. I chose them because of the warranty and good reputation. Rep was courteous and thorough. Crew worked into the night to finish the job in one day. Good workers!!
