This block foundation was plastered over with concrete to try to prevent from continued bowing but that did not work, the customer reached out to us to get a permanent fix that would work! We installed our PowerBrace's along their walls to eventually help straighten these walls

It is very common for the concrete in front of a garage to drop causing a bump when you go in and out of your garage.  As luck would have it, we have a solution for this issue.  Our PolyLevel System is a lightweight foam that is pumped underneath the area that needs to be lifted.  The foam will expand to allow the concrete to be placed exactly where it should be.  The foam is environmentally friendly, and waterproof so it will not wash out and has a high capacity to allow for lifting heavy loads.  You can't go wrong with PolyLevel! 

Garage approach has sank about 2 inches we were able to lift back up to it's original location and there is no longer a large dip!

These North Freedom residents had a very nicely finished basement before the water came in.  We installed WaterGuard and a SuperSump to make sure that when they refinish, this won't happen again.  As you can see, once the concrete cures, you would never even know that we were here.

Carbon Armour is a foundation support system that can be installed in areas that might have obstacles that wouldn't allow us to install our typical PowerBrace System. In this Case there was a large plumbing pipe across the whole wall that was bowing.
