After researching on the web on who does this kind of work, I set up an appointment and was very pleased with Ben.  He has followed up on everything I asked.  I met with Jim and was very pleased.  I liked that he had property in the area which is comforting.

We first heard of Badger Basement Systems on the radio - their advertising and warranty is what convinced us to hire them to waterproof our basement. Our specialist, Willy, was super and the crew was very professional and courteous.

We often talk about our Badger system and how it is a miracle!  Our basement has been dry since the day it was installed during the polar vortex 2019!  And we always get GREAT service!

Everyone we've met from Badger Basement has been competent and pleasant.  Most Augusta residences that haven't used Badger Basement already, have wet basements.

Jim spoke to us as to what time they could come and we all agreed no problem We have to add that Jim Chase and his crew were the best, Jim introduced himself, asked about wearing masks, and went over the whole process of what they would do and then got to work and I mean they know how to work Jim, Cory, and Mike, and then last day guys named Dan and Dalton helped, then when they finished Jim went over everything with us to our satisfaction. We were so impressed how all the guys worked together and no bad language. Jim is a great leader and really knows his job and does it. Thank you so much!!! They were the best crew we have ever met, respectful, good workers, and no bad language.
