Your representative explained the waterproofing system very well. It seemed that the WaterGuard was a permanent solution to my problem. I first became aware of Badger Basement Systems at a home show in Eau Claire. The office staff were helpful, Emily and Stephanie are both wonderful on the phone, I would keep them! In regards to the representative that came to my home, to tell you the truth, Willy really knows his stuff. Willy's personality and knowledge of the system led me to hire Badger Basement, Willy is another keeper! Jim and Robbie completed the work at my home, they are very nice guys, I had very little to do after they were finished - Good Job!

The service technician was very knowledgeable.  He took the time to go over the system with me so I understood how it worked and how to maintain it between visits. 

The customer had scheduled another appointment with a separate company to compare bids. The customer wrote to us in his post-installation survey that he cancelled with the other company and went directly with our company because the specialist treated him so well. I had a problem moving a double concrete sink...they not only took it outside, but took it with them.  What a relief!
